This Cellular Shield® Holster (Ver. 2) is a storing and shielding device/system used with cellular and other mobile phones, protecting the user from it’s Total EMF Spectrum (including the RF Microwave Radiation) emitted from both its antenna and phone body regions, while holstering/storing the phone on the side hip, chest, torso, etc., when used by itself or with a Headset, Cellular Shield®, etc. This amazing new and simple device possesses all the same shielding performance qualities of the original Cellular Shield®, but now it’s incorporated in a compact top quality, hand-made, leather and nylon casing that houses the cell phone and then can attach onto the user’s pants/belt/pocket, while the phone is stored away. F.Y.I.: A lot of cell phone users are still unaware of the fact that all cellular/mobile phones, emit RF microwave radiation from both the antenna and phone body regions, even when just “turned-on” and especially when “in-use”. Hence, the SAR Value Index limitations, required on all cellular phones sold/used in the USA by the F.C.C. The further away/more obstructed the cell phone is from it’s cell site, the more power it needs to generate to maintain it’s signal strength/connection. This is just one of the many “real world case scenarios” that the FCC required SAR Value Index limit (presently 1.6 mW/g) fails to take into account, when being tested by its own the manufacture, for admittance for sale in the USA. And remember, a Headset is only sold/used for convenience purposes only, not for safety! Many cell phone users’ are under the false impression that if the cell phone is not in close proximity to the user’s head that it is safe to you. This can not be any further from the truth!.........Yes, it’s true that the head region is not subjected, directly, to the EMF from the cell phone but, indirectly, there are several additional factors that now come into play, under this new scenario and that our government fails to pursue. First, the cell phone is still obviously still emitting the same RF microwave radiation that it did before. But now,……….the user’s torso region is at risk, where the phone is now being place over/on. Here, now, even more radiation is being absorbed, per square centimeter, over an even larger area, subjecting the underlying internal organs, tissues, bones, etc., to this long term and constant radiation exposure. Of which, no government/agency has yet either tested, set or required any SAR value limits/guidelines on, especially when it pertains to children and teenagers, which, in recent studies, have shown to be even more susceptible to such exposures! Secondly, the connection cable connecting the Headset to the phone can act like a conduit, in many cases, where the phone/antennae comes in close proximity/contact to the cable, at which point, it too becomes part of the “antennae”, drawing the energy through it to the earplug and in turn into/through the user’s ear canal and into the head/skull region to the brain tissue. (Not to mention, the EMF generated along/around the connection cable, also, subjecting the user’s body to secondary radiation exposure). This would be equal to sticking the cell phones antenna directly into one’s ear, while talking on the phone! Here, the user’s ear canal is subjected to even greater EM/RF radiation, per square centimeter, then if it had been used alone!!! Sounds crazy but I assure you, it happens all the time, every day, of every week, of every month, of every year. Take a look around you and see for yourself! Scary,…….isn’t it? Especially, when seeing it with young children involved! No substantial US government studies have been done on this, henceforth, no regulations to limit/restrict this deceiving and dangerous short and/or long term usage. Obviously, using a wireless/Blue tooth headset is somewhat better/safer. But not by much. There are still EMF concerns but of a slightly different nature/concern. Lately, an increasing number of people have been using air conducting headsets. This headset conducts sound waves through the cable not electro-magnetic waves, so obviously it is a better/safer setup. However, the problem still remains with the cell phone placement and it’s localized EMF concerns. This is where the Cellular Shield® Holster comes into play. By wearing/using one, will eliminate this dangerous end of the equation. Now the cell phone user has an additional answer/solution to the on going safety problem that has plaque them since the creation of such a device, since it first came out. A side from using a Cellular Shield®, with one’s cell phone, the user can now use the above scenario with a Cellular Shield® Holster for the ultimate protection. In the very near future, RTI is also coming out with an additional accessory for the original Cellular Shield®. This package is called Version 3 and will convert it to a Holster configuration, as well. Here, however, the user can have there cake and eat it to, sort to speak. When using it, as a Hollister, the user simply flips over the cell phone, in its leather storage casing, to behind the Shield and now can use the cell phone while being protected with the same shield that was protecting him in the Holster position. Once finished talking, the user simply flips back the phone, back to the front of the Shield and places it back on the hip/belt, for later usage. So, to recap, there are three basic versions of the Cellular Shield® Holster. Version 1 is a leather storage case for both phone and a separate Cellular Shield® and comes in four sizes relative to the four sizes available for the Cellular Shield®. Version 2, is a leather and nylon casing that has an actual Cellular Shield® sewn right into it and comes in three sizes (Standard ~3.5" x 8" , Compact ~3.25" x 7" and Compact Wide ~4.25" x 7"). And coming soon, Version 3, which is an additional accessory package, that convert’s a Cellular Shield® to a holster type configuration and comes in four sizes, relative to the four sizes that the Cellular Shield® presently comes in. This last scenario enables the cell phone user to store their phone in a shielded compartment on their person, when not being used, and when needed, flip it around and use that same shielding to now protect the user’s head, when “in-use”. All three versions are meticulously hand-made in the USA with only the finest materials used and come with a removable/adjustable Metal and Velcro® Belt Clip and removable/adjustable Velcro® Belt Loop, for easier access and limitless custom uses.
