It has been scientifically proven that: 60 hertz magnetic fields cause human cancer cells to permanently increase their rate of growth by as much as 1,600%, developing more malignant characteristics. The EPA in 1990, recommended that EMF’s be classified as a “Class B” carcinogens. This group of “probable human carcinogens” also includes formaldehyde, dioxins, PCB’s and DDT.
